Theatrix is the St Albans drama school, that puts acting FIRST.

 

At Theatrix you can learn how to act on stage and film, and add skills including singing and dancing, in groups or via private lessons.

 

We concentrate on wonderful scripts - from the Shakespeare classics to student devised plays. Our talented team teach a whole host of performance techniques, whilst always ensuring every student has great fun along the way.

 

Students can gain great results and qualifications, through our Trinity College accredited annual examinations, perform on a fully equipped main stage at the Abbey Theatre, experience acting in a Studio theatre and learn backstage skills in our showcase performances.

 

Through our association with Pinewood Agent AKA films and TV, many of our students have been cast as extras in major blockbuster films including Harry Potter, Star Wars, Beetlejuice and Bridget Jones, Mad about the Boy.
